This week I shared one of my favorite healthy snacks on Insta-stories and immediately had so many requests to share the recipe. I love making this bite-sized Cauliflower dish that helps curb hunger and keeps me full in between meals. Za’atar is a middle eastern seasoning that can be used well on both vegetarian and meat flavored items. We love adding it to homemade hummus, grilled chicken, and even pita bread.
